It was brewed with help from the awesome guys at Total Wine and the custom coffee blend was provided by our neighbors, Back Alley Roasters. This silky-smooth brew is filled with a pale chocolate flavors and a roasted coffee finish. This cold brew will surely warm you up!

“A lot of great coffee blends have hints of dark fruit like blackberry in the finish but that subtlety is often lost in coffee beers. The initial plan was to create that same finish by actually adding blackberry puree to secondary fermentation but the cold-brew provided by Back Alley was so pungent that we realized we could just let the coffee speak for itself. See if you can pick up on that fruitiness in the aftertaste.”
