This Belgian Harvest Ale is the beer that both farmers and monks could enjoy during the crisp Autumn days. The sweet brandy-like characteristics of the malts are balanced with a hoppy, frosty bite. The beer gets is name from a common term that applies to both the harvest and the beer world; a High Yield means you're in for a great season.

Yeast Strain

Trappist Ale

We wanted this Belgian pale ale to have the best of both worlds; malts and hops. There aren’t a lot of typical esters that you might expect from the Trappist yeast strain but the slight cherry flavor from the malts gets a chance to shine through and be the focus.
